I'm an experienced association leader, with a long record of success in recognizing strategic opportunities and building coalitions with external stakeholders. As an advocate for industry priorities before government agencies -- and with seven years' experience on Capitol Hill -- I excel at navigating legislative and regulatory processes. My scientific training has enabled me to bridge between technical experts and policy makers throughout my career.

As President of the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) from 2018 through 2023, I charted the strategic direction and operational excellence of the only trade association focused exclusively on the liquid terminal industry. After leading that organization for six years, I have a deep understanding of the energy and chemicals sectors, supply chain logistics, and regulatory and policy issues affecting liquid terminal members and stakeholders.
